PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely calculate temperatures of junctions of power semiconductor devices of which a plurality of inverters are composed even if a single thermosensor is provided for the plurality of inverters. SOLUTION: Operations of switching devices SW included in inverters 2 and 3 are controlled to drive motors 12 and 13. At that time, temperatures of the inverters 2 and 3 are detected by a single thermosensor 4 to generate temperature detection signals, estimated temperature information for estimating temperatures of junctions of the switching devices SW included in the respective inverters 2 and 3 is generated according to the temperature detection signals and the control states of the inverters, the temperatures of the junctions of the switching devices SW of which the respective inverters 2 and 3 are composed are calculated, and the operations of a water pump 5 and a radiator fan 7 and currents supplied to the motors 12 and 13 are controlled. |
