SOLUTION: In a diagram 135, the image for which the image of an object in a black round shape is picked up is indicated in the utmost left column top row of a matrix. From the state, for instance, at the time of adding a movement blur in the vertical direction, the object in the black round shape becomes the image in which the movement blur is generated in the vertical direction as indicated in the center column top row. Further, at the time of generating the movement blur in the horizontal direction, it becomes the image in which the movement blur is generated in the vertical and horizontal directions of the object as indicated in the center column center row. By repeating similar processings, the possibility of deciphering the object is lowered and thus, the image itself can be ciphered.
