<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic power pole that requires no special means to extend at a construction site or a disaster site, and which can be installed reliably, easily, and quickly even in any installation environment. SOLUTION: The telescopic power pole 1 is structured in three stages of columns 2, 3, and 4, which are installed on a base 5. The columns 3, 4 are so structured that they can be slid upward from the columns 2, 3, respectively, thereby rendering the telescopic power pole 1 extendable and retractable. The columns 3, 4 are given an upward sliding bias by means of the winding torque of the constant load spring units 30A, 30B, which allows the telescopic power pole 1 to be self-extending without any power being supplied.</p> |
