PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph either in a folded state or in an opened state and to improve operability when photographing. SOLUTION: A first main body part 2 having an operation key part 1, a main body part 4 having a display part 3 are connected by the first and second cylindrical shafts 19 and 20 of a hinge part 5 in a foldable state, and a second main body 4 is connected rotatably also in a direction orthogonal to its opening and closing direction by the projecting shaft 21 of the hinge part 5. Then, a camera part 6 is provided along its axial direction within the first cylindrical shaft 19 of this hinge part 5. Consequently, photographing is possible with the camera part 6 facing a photographing direction freely either in the state of folding or opening the first and second main body parts 2 and 4, and the direction of the display part 3 of the second main body part 4 can freely be adjusted with respect to the photographing direction of the camera part 6 by rotating the second main body part 4 in a direction orthogonal to its opening and closing direction. Thus, operability is improved.
