PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a connection part of a terminal from diffusion damage due to generation of arc discharge at time of releasing of a coupling state of two terminals. SOLUTION: The terminal 4 is to become able to pass electricity by being coupled with another terminal 2. Conductive paste layers 3a to 3c having higher electric resistivity than the terminal itself are formed at a position junction parts 7, 8 of the other terminal 2 are in contact with, and electric resistivity between the both terminals 2, 4 is so structured to be increased as compared with the initial stage of above releasing operation, by having the junction parts 7, 8 of the other terminal 2 in contact with the conductive paste layers 3a to 3c at final stage of releasing operation of the coupling state of the both terminals 2, 4.
