PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control between the AV equipment and the information processing unit by adding an input/output function of an information processing unit into AV equipment so as to. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment connectable to the information processing unit is characterized in to comprise input means 190, 200 that enter control data, a data conversion means 180 that converts the entered control data into input data for the information processing unit, interface means 100, 170 for transmitting data between the image processing unit and the electronic equipment, and an inverse conversion means 180 that inversely converts prescribed data sent from the information processing unit into input data to the electronic equipment.
