SOLUTION: A tank 8 is composed of upper and lower tanks 6 and 7, a junction section 14 of the upper and lower tanks 6 and 7 is arranged at a side near the bottom surface of the tank 8. Additionally, both of piping 11 for taking in gas and piping 12 for taking out gas communicate with and are connected to the side of the upper tank 6. By this sort of gas-filled stationary induction apparatus, the tank 8 and the pipes 11 and 12 can be made by the upper tank 6 along since both the pipes 11 and 12 are arranged at the upper tank 6. Therefore, the upper and lower tanks 6 and 7 can be manufactured in parallel.
