PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do away with a fear of a positioning member making an unwanted interference with a semiconductor device and a fear of degradation in inspection efficiency. SOLUTION: A housing part of a semiconductor element 26 to be mounted is formed from a housing part of a positioning member 32 supported with position regulation by a socket body 24, and a housing part of a positioning member 30 supported by the socket body 24 in free relative movement with respect to the positioning member 32.
