PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of measuring not only a transitional load but also a steady load with respect to the load measurement of software operation rate of a CPU for executing task processing based on a plurality of interruption requests. SOLUTION: An interruption generation circuit 6 for generating a periodical interruption request is built in the CPU1 and the task processing of the request is started under the condition that there is no interruption processing request from other external interruption generation circuits. When another interruption is generated during the execution of the task processing based on the interruption request from the circuit 6, the task processing is temporality stopped and then started after the end of task processing based on the other interruption. As to load measurement, task processing time and the starting period of the task are measured, and when at least one of the measured values exceeds each previously determined time, excess load is judged.
