PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for generating substantially frequency-independent negative conductance. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the circuit for generating a negative conductance NG between two terminals A, B, which circuit includes a 1st transistor(TR) T1 and a 2nd TR T2 connected as a differential pair between the connection terminals A, B. This invention also includes a 1st active element T3 that is placed between a bias terminal of the 1st TR T1 and a transmission terminal of the 2nd TR T2 and a 2nd active element T4 that is placed between a bias terminal of the 2nd TR T2 and a transmission terminal of the 1st TR T1. This invention can generate a negative conductance substantially frequency- independent of a circuit which can be formed in a completely integrated circuit form. The circuit is applicable to tuners or the like for receiving audio/video signals. |
