PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set whether control for an access right by a private code is necessary or not. SOLUTION: An apparatus for identifying of the private code comprises a communication part to communicate to outside, a data storage part to store data, a private code storage part to store the code, a private code comparison part to compare the private code from the communication part with the code stored into the private code storage part and a flow control part to control a private code comparison output according to conditions of a lock code comparison. When changing the private code, a variety of suites of input conditions such that an input of the private code is not needed to validate the private code from invalidation but the input of the private code is needed to invalidate the private code from validation become available. |
