PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an optical access apparatus selection OSS for easily adding communication services and increasing the type of optical access apparatus. SOLUTION: An optical access apparatus database 21 for managing facility usage conditions regarding an optical access apparatus, a correspondence table 22 for retaining the correspondence relationship between the type of communication services and an apparatus selection logic considering facility accommodation conditions that differ for each communication service type, and the correspondence relationship between the type of the optical access apparatus and parameters required for control that differs for each type of the optical access apparatus, are used. By using the table 22, the apparatus selection logic corresponding to the type of communication services to be supplied from the correspondence table 22 by a control module 23 is settled and at the same time parameters required for control corresponding to the type of the optical access apparatus are acquired, and the optical access apparatus is selected using the database 21 based on the apparatus selection logic and parameters required for control. |
