PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer container, a developing cartridge and a process cartridge capable of realizing the improvement of the unsealing operability of a seal member and the stabilization of unsealing performance. SOLUTION: The seal member 13 sealing a discharge port 11c for developer T and hermetically sealing a developer storing part 11b is constituted by providing a presser member 17 by which the cut part of the seal member 13 remaining in the developer container 11 after unsealing is prevented from turning up in an unsealing direction in the vicinity of the first cut part C of the seal member 13 in the case of unsealing the seal member 13.
