PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely, surely and easily avoid motion sickness, which has been relieved with limited effect in a conventional technology, by activating human autonomic nerve. SOLUTION: The method for preventing motion sickness in the claim 1 is, as a whole, constituted of a rocking measuring means, a rocking analysis means, a sound data conversion means and an audible sound outputting means. The rocking measuring means measures rocking of a vehicle using a sensor. The rocking analysis means obtains the pattern of rocking by analyzing the measured rocking, and the sound data conversion means converts the pattern of rocking into sound data. The audible sound outputting means outputs the obtained sound data as an audible sound using a sound generating equipment.
