PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise-preventing tool which provides better workability with respect to fixation with respect to a case. SOLUTION: A ferrite core 2, which is in a state of being loaded on a shield cable 1 for electronic equipment, prevents generation of a noise from the shield cable 1, and a grounding clamp 5 for grounding a shield section 3 of the shield cable 1 to the case 4 and for fixing the shield cable 1 to the case 4, are integrally connected with each other.
