PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered strip line resonator that realizes a low profile module design while preventing the Q from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: In the layered strip line resonator 10 where a planar earth electrode 3 is formed to a bottom side and/or the inside of a dielectric block 1 formed by layering a plurality of dielectric layers 1a-1c, a strip line 4 opposed to the earth electrode 3 is formed on the surface of the dielectric block 1, and one end of the strip line 4 is connected to the earth electrode 3, the strip line 4 comprises a front side conductor film 4a and a lower layer conductor 4b.
