PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a metal foil electric circuit pattern to a resin member, where a remaining punched material can be easily reused. SOLUTION: A metal foil 1, which is provided not with adhesive agent layer but with a large number of fine projections on its adhesive surface 1a, is punched out with a heating die 2, and the metal foil 1 is pressed and attached on a resin member 3 for attaching a metal foil electric circuit pattern to a resin member through an attaching structure. By the attaching structure of a metal foil electric circuit pattern on a resin member, the metal foil has no adhesive agent layer, so that the metal component of a residual punched material is higher in purity than that in the case where the metal foil is equipped with an adhesive layer, and the remaining punched material can be easily reused.
