PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce tissue irregularities, and to perform formation in a uniform microcrystal state. SOLUTION: A metal magnetic film 5 as a main core material is formed on a ferrite substrate 4 as an auxiliary core material. The metal magnetic film (soft magnetic film) 5 is formed by a composition containing boron (B), thus reducing tissue irregularities being generated when heat treatment is made for achieving a microcrystal state.
