PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film substrate for non-contact type IC card which has good size stability and is excellently dampproof and the non-contact type IC card which contains the film substrate. SOLUTION: The film substrate 2 for non-contact type IC card in which an antenna coil 3 for non-contact communication is formed on a film and on which an IC chip is mounted, is characterized in that it uses a liquid crystal polymer as a film base material and the non-contact type IC card is characterized in that it uses the substrate for non-contactless IC card inside.
