PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane antenna structure that deteriorates no transmission reception efficiency of a plane antenna with compactness and excellent durability without deterioration in the antenna directivity characteristic. SOLUTION: The plane antenna structure has a glass plate provided with a transparent conductive film in a way of surrounding the surround of the plane antenna, and in the case of the plane antenna structure 10 having a microstrip antenna(MSA) 11, the shortest distance up to an inner circumferential end of the transparent conductive film 13 at each position of the outer circumferential end of a radiation conductor 11a of the MSA 11 is selected to be 1/20λ0 toλ0 , whereλ0 is a free space wavelength of a radio wave used for the transmission reception by the MSA 11.
