PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital image forming device with which single-sided printing and double-sided printing can be performed similarly to conventional device and printing can be performed on the rear side of an original having only one printed side as well. SOLUTION: An ADF 2 has an ordinary first original ejecting part 14 for ejecting a read original (G) and a second original ejecting part 3 for carrying the original (G) which is ejected from the ADF 2, into a printing means 4 and is provided with a branching means 29 for selecting any one of first and second original ejecting parts 14 and 31, the read original (G) ejected from the ADF 2 is carried through a manual inserting part 22 into the printing means 4 and the other original is printed on the rear side of the original (G) so that a single- sided original can be made into doublesided original.
