PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exempt a depositor from a bank charge even when deposit balance is lacked in the case of collecting the charge from a financial institution. SOLUTION: In the system connecting the communication of terminals 11 and 21 of depositors, a mediator station 31 and a terminal 40 of a financial institution 4 including account 41 and 42 of depositors or account 43 of the mediator on a network, the mediator station 31 is provided with a means for receiving the application of fund lending from the terminal 11 of a depositor (A)1 having surplus funds, a means for receiving the application of fund borrowing from the terminal 21 of a depositor (B)2 who has an average deposit balance less than a charge release amount determined by the financial institution and whose funds are lacked, and a means for moving funds of money lent from the depositor (A)1 through a mediator 3 to the depositor (B)2 so that the average deposit balance in the deposit account 42 of the depositor (B)2 can satisfy the release amount. Each of depositor terminals 11 and 21 and mediator station 31 has an electronic mail or net banking function. |
