PURPOSE: A 13% Cr high nitrogen stainless steel with excellent elongation rate at low temperature range of -100 to 0°C is provided. CONSTITUTION: The 13% Cr high nitrogen stainless steel is characterized in that it contains 0.05 to 0.18 wt.% of nitrogen, and the total content of C+N thereof is 0.28 to 0.32 wt.%.
