PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a display control process of displaying a musical note where a played measure moves from one page to another, in units of a plurality of pages synchronously with an automatic or manual musical performance. SOLUTION: Storage parts 16A, 16B, and 16C are stored with musical performance information, musical note information, and display progress information on music respectively. The display progress information show the movement of the played measure among pages based upon refrain symbols. A musical performance reproduction part 34 generates musical performance measure information MN representing the played measure of the automatic musical performance. A musical note output part 36 includes a display memory and an auxiliary memory which store image data of current and next page groups respectively and displays the musical note of the current page group on a display device according to image data of the current page group in the display memory. A display control part 38 supplies page specification information PG specifying the current and next page groups to a musical note output part 36 according to the display progress information in the storage part 16C and the musical performance measure information MN from the musical performance reproduction part 34 to control the update of the image data in the display memory and auxiliary memory. |
