<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TCP profile setting method which sets a TCP parameter corresponding to bearer characteristics between terminals as a profile. SOLUTION: When a first terminal and a second terminal establishes a connection through many networks connected through many routers before information communication in the TCP/IP system, the TCP profile setting method has procedures which refer to communication characteristic information of each network, which is preserved in a routing table which each router of a communication router holds, and refer to communication information characteristics to the closest routes, which are held in the first terminal and the second terminal, to refer to end-to-end communication characteristic information and determine a parameter of TCP/IP communication based on communication characteristic information.</p> |
