PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power from being automatically re-supplied to an electric equipment even after restoring of power failure, in the case of power failure or the like during use of the equipment connected. SOLUTION: The power re-supply preventing plug outlet is provided with a plug 3 fed with power supply connected to a power plug outlet 30, a supply socket 4 supplying power to an equipment 31 with a plug 32 connected, a self- holding circuit 8 interposed between the plug 3 and the socket 4, and a reset switch 9. The self-holding circuit 8 is switched over between a holding state conducting between the plug 3 and the socket 4 with power supplied through the power plug outlet 30, and a release state opening between the plug 3 and the socket 4 with power supply cut off, and is kept in each state until it is restored from the release state to the holding state by the reset switch 9.
