PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care support management system capable of providing secure and speedy care service to a person requiring care, remarkably reducing the business of a care support employer and reducing cost. SOLUTION: The care support management system is provided with a care support terminal 20 arranged on a home care support employer side performing a care insurance system, care service terminals 30a and 30b arranged on a care service employer side, a portable terminal 30c, a care support managing server 10 generating the care plan of the person requiring care based on information on the registered employer of care service and information on the person requiring care and performing payment/charging processing, a computer network 50 such as the Internet and providers 40a to 40d. |
