PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing support system for previously preventing erroneous dosing, eliminating the transfer error of a vital sign, maintaining trusting relationship between a patient and a nurse and reducing psychological burden, and preventing the lack of an insurance request by managing past nursing history. SOLUTION: An identification code transmission means transmits a nurse identification code, a patient identification code and a dosing identification code, which are read by an identification code reading means, to the collation performing means of a nursing support server. Thus, a nurse master file, a patient master file and a minute data file are collated. When they are matched, a system proceeds to new work. When the dosing identification code is matched with a prescribed condition, a dosing performing information transmitting means transmits nurse information and dosing time to the dosing performing information recording means and they are recorded in the dosing minute data file. Even if one of the dosing identification code, the patient, injection prescription and a dosing date is not matched, a waning means emits a warning. |
