PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for an organic EL panel, in which the panel and driving elements are connected electrically, employing a smaller number of connecting processes and no large arranging space is required, after the completion of assembling. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first flexible circuit substrate 2 which has an anode terminal group 12 for an organic EL panel, a land group 21 connected to the group 12, a land group 23 that transmits control signals to a drive element 22, a land group 24 that is used to connect a cathode terminal group 13 and the element 22, an input section 31 to input the control signals and a flexible second circuit substrate 3 which has a land group 32 that connects the control signals to the group 23, a land group 33 that is connected to the group 13, and a land group 34 that is connected to the group 24 to transmit output signals from the element 22 to the group 13. |
