PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide support for creating documents which alleviates a burden for inputting characters into a terminal that has no full-keyboard. SOLUTION: A user accesses a system for creating documents 130 from service user terminals 110 and 120 via Internet. Programs 13A to 13N, which correspond to each service, start to run if the user selects the services being comprised of several types. The system for creating the documents 130 has a user management database 133 and a conversion management database 134. The conversion management database includes a database table (QT) 135 for recording words and the documents, which correspond to a character code (Q code) for compacted inputting, and a database table (TP) 136 for recording template sentences. The system retrieves the QT or the TP by responding to a conversion request for the Q code from the user, and returns the corresponding characters and the documents or the corresponding template sentences to the user. The system records the created documents as a file 137, a mail 138 and a home page 139. |
