PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tact-simulation apparatus in an electronic component mounting unit, capable of accurately simulating a tact and to provide an electronic component mounting system. SOLUTION: The tact-simulation apparatus in the electronic component mounting unit for obtaining the tact time of the mounting unit by a simulation measures an operating time parameter which serves as a parameter for calculating a predetermined time of an operating step for constituting a mounting operation by an operation measuring means of the mounting unit. When waking tact simulation, the simulation apparatus conducts simulation calculation of the tact time, based on an updated operating time parameter and the production data of the board to be produced. Thus, the apparatus can always predict accurate tact time, irrespective of the deterioration of apparatus performance duo to the lapse of operating time. |
