PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized audio device having superior tone quality (especially bass performance), and a compact external appearance and an electronic musical instrument. SOLUTION: An electronic musical instrument 1 is provided with an audio device 10 that consists of a bass speaker unit 11 and a speaker box 12 and is placed at the bottom of a rack plate 12a. In the device 10, a magnet section 11a of the unit 11 is projected outside the box 12 from an opening section 12a1 of the plate 12a. The gap between the sections 11a and 12a1 is filled with filler 13.
