PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily request a taxi without performing direct conversation with a taxi company. SOLUTION: A system comprises a portable communication terminal (1) capable of transmitting taxi request information, a relaying means (3) for grasping the location of a client from an receiving antenna (2) that receives a transmission signal of the portable communication terminal and transferring the taxi request information to the nearest taxi company, and a taxi company terminal (4) for receiving the taxi request information transferred from the relaying means and transmitting taxi allocation information to the portable communication terminal by mail.
