PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user can not acquire a processing result if a connection of a computer network is interrupted before completing a service processing in a service using a back-end system. SOLUTION: When receiving a request for a service using the back-end system 30 from a terminal device 10, a Web server 20 prompts inputting information necessary to the service, records inputted information into a database 27 for control and also requests the processing to the system 30. When the processing by the system 30 is completed, the server 20 records the result into the database 27 for management, and if a connection to the device 10 is interrupted, when connecting at next time, transmits the result to the terminal 10 in reference to the database 27. |
