PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the processing capability of an information processor constituted of a dual system. SOLUTION: This information processing means being a primary station is constituted of a CPU (A system) 11, a DSP (A system) 13, a D/A (A system) 19, and an A/D (A system) 20, and an information processing means being a secondary station is constituted of a CPU (B system) 12, a DSP (B system) 14, a A/D (B system) 21, and an D/A (B system) 22. Information to be transmitted from a host device is transmitted through the primary station to the secondary station, and the processing sharing of the information to be transmitted from the host device of those primary station and secondary station is previously decided, and the processed information is amplified to a prescribed output level through relay contacts whose opening and closing is controlled according to signals to be outputted from the primary station and the secondary station, and transmitted. At the time of judging that the output level of the information to be transmitted exceeds a prescribed range, the primary station and the secondary station open the relay contacts.
