PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device having a cleaning device equipped with a magnet roller and capable of keeping a stable cleaning function over a long term in the case of not only magnetic toner but also non-magnetic toner. SOLUTION: Both ends 13a and 13b of a blade type toner coating amount regulating member 13 opposed to both end sides of the magnet roller 10 are formed like projections, and the projection-like both ends 13a and 13b of the member 13 are nearly brought into contact with the surfaces of both end sides of the roller 10, whereby gaps between both end sides of the roller 10 and both ends 13a and 13b of the member 13 are nearly eliminated. Therefore, a situation that the non-magnetic toner whose restraint is weak gets through and is leaked to the outside from the gap is restrained to the minimum, and the stable cleaning function is kept over a long term.
