<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with a stable pulling force which will not come off from insertion-coupling, due, for instance, to vibration fall, will not come off due to warping after being mounted on a board or an FPC, and has little variation according to fine or poor makes of components. SOLUTION: With the connector consisting of a contact 1 and an insulator 2, the contact 1 is firmly held by the insulator 2, and is provided with a maintenance part (1c) formed roughly in U-shape, a terminal part 1d communicating from one end of the U-shaped maintenance part and connected with an object for connection (a board), and a contact part 1a communicating from the other end of the U-shaped maintenance part and connected with a counterpart for connection (a counterpart connector). At least the maintenance part 1c of the contact 1 is integrally molded with the insulator in insertion molding so that resin is filled in the U-shape gap.</p> |
