PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust offset of DC component of an input signal which is generated, accompanying A/D conversion. SOLUTION: The OFDM demodulator is provided with a frequency conversion part, which converts an OFDM signal into an OFDM intermediate frequency signal, a DC signal level shift part, which shifts DC signal level of the OFDM intermediate frequency signal according to a control signal, a digital signal conversion part which converts the OFDM intermediate frequency analog signal, which is outputted from the DC signal level shift part into the digital OFDM intermediate frequency signal, a DC component detection part which detects the DC component from the OFDM intermediate frequency signal, which is subjected to digital conversion by using the digital signal conversion part, a reference level producing part for producing a reference level, a difference component detection part, which detects the difference between the DC component of the OFDM intermediate frequency signal detected by the DC component detection part and the reference level, a control signal producing part which produces a control signal in accordance with the difference, and a control signal supply part for supplying the control signal to the DC signal level shift part.
