PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prompt a user to use a mobile telephone set having a radio communication function and various kinds of additional functions. SOLUTION: The mobile telephone set counts the number of the opening and closing times of a cover 2 with respect to a main body 1 and changes the operation of the various kinds of additional functions such as a game, fortune telling, the musical melody on the mobile telephone set, downloading of the melody, displaying of an interactive character, etc., according to the counted value.
