Cosmetic composition for make-up and/or care of the skin and lips comprises a dispersion of particles consisting of a rigid core of functionalized (semi)crystalline material with a melting or combustion point above 40 deg C chemically grafted with a shell of a flexible polymer with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 60 deg C or less. An Independent claim is also included for a process for applying the cosmetic composition on the skin or lips.
