PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which can be made compact and improve color mixing property of the lights of various colors when red-based, green-based and blue-based LED elements are mounted to emit full color light including white color. SOLUTION: Red-based, green-based and blue-based LED elements 10, 11 and 12 are together placed on a lead frame 2a supported by a mold resin 8. The bonding wire 35 of the red-based element 10 is connected to a lead frame 5a, and one bonding wire 45 of the green-based element 11 is connected to a lead wire 3a and the other bonding wire 47 thereof is connected to a lead frame 6a. One bonding wire 50 of the blue-based element 12 is connected to a lead frame 4a, and the other bonding wire 49 thereof is connected to a lead frame 7a, thus forming a light emitting device 1a. |
