PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit card dealing requesting device which can directly request the approval of a request for credit card dealings to a settlement system from a portable terminal. SOLUTION: The credit card dealing request device (IC chip) 2 is provided to the portable terminal 20 of a card member who requests dealings using a credit card, instructs the card member to input authentication information when information on the dealings is sent to the portable terminal from a credit settlement server 50 requesting the issuing company (issuer) 50 of the credit card to approve the request for the dealings, compares the authentication information with regular authentication information allocated to the card member, generates data requesting the dealings, and instructs the portable terminal to send dealing request data to the credit settlement server when the pieces of authentication information match each other.
