<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element unit, an ink-jet recording head and a method of fabricating the same elements wherein connecting configuration with the drive wire can be simplified, head can be fabricated small in size and fabrication efficiency and reliability can also be improved. SOLUTION: An individual external electrode 22 forming an individual electrode electrically independent of adjacent piezoelectric element 11 when it is divided with a plurality of slits 18 is provided in parallel in the opposite side of a fixed substrate 14 of the fixing part which is coupled with the fixed substrate 14 of a piezoelectric element forming member 13. Moreover, a piezoelectric element unit may be reduced in size by providing, in both sides of parallel provision thereof, common external electrodes 23 becoming electrically common electrodes to the adjacent piezoelectric element 11.</p> |
