PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing apparatus capable of providing music numbers/contents corresponded with individual preferences of users in styles matching to the preferences. SOLUTION: A service processing apparatus 20 to deliver providing contents matched to the preferences of the users through a streaming comprises a user information database 21 controlling the preferences, a contents database 22 registering the contents to be delivered to the users and a transmitting contents combining server 23 to extract the contents from the database 22 in reference to the preferences registered into the database 21 to deliver sequentially to a user terminal, so that the contents can be provided.
