PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ISDN communication equipment with which a user on the caller side can easily comprehend a using state on the receiving side and convenience is improved. SOLUTION: In the ISDN communication equipment connected to an ISDN line 7 to be called for caller side terminal equipment 8 for reporting the contents of the using state on the receiving to the caller terminal equipment 8, the equipment is provided with a text message reporting means having functions for previously registering the contents of the prescribed using state on the receiving as a text message, receiving a call from the caller side terminal equipment 8, detecting the contents of the using state on the receiving side in the case of calling, writing the text message corresponding to the contents into user-to-user information(UUI) and reporting them to the caller side terminal equipment 8.
