PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound adjustment device that can prevent sound volume control caused by an erroneous operation of an operator. SOLUTION: A system control means 6A applies a signal to drive an adjustment section of a sound volume adjustment operation means 4 to a drive section 7 so as to output a sound volume operation signal corresponding to a sound volume control signal received by an external control reception means 2, applies a sound volume control signal of the sound volume adjustment operation means 4 to a sound volume control means 8, detects a sound volume operation signal of the operation section of the sound volume adjustment operation means 4 on the condition that a switch 3A is operated, applies a signal to drive the adjustment section to the drive section so as to output the sound volume control signal corresponding to the sound volume operation signal prior to an external sound volume operation signal and applies the sound volume control signal from the sound volume adjustment operation means 4 to the sound volume control means 8.
