PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation type quartz oscillation circuit that can reduce a start time and obtain a stable oscillating frequency against power supply fluctuations. SOLUTION: In the temperature compensation type crystal oscillation circuit, a series connection comprising a 3rd capacitor C4 and a switch element M1 connected in series therewith is connected in parallel with a 1st capacitor C1. Turning off the switch element M1 for a prescribed time from the oscillation start can shorten the start time by using only the 1st capacitor C1 and then connecting the 3rd capacitor C4 in parallel with the 1st capacitor C1 can obtain a stable oscillation frequency against power fluctuations.
