PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma cone for an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, and the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer provided with the plasma cone having a long life cycle. SOLUTION: In this plasma cone for the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, the material of the plasma cone is an alloy of platinum and rhodium and/or iridium.
