PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-tube resistor, its manufacturing method and a color cathode-ray tube ensuring electrical connection and fixation between a terminal piece and a resistor to eliminate the formation of a clearance heretofore formed between an electrode for a terminal and the terminal piece by the thermal expansion difference between the terminal piece and other structures in the intra-tube resistor for a cathode-ray tube or the like, which leads to a possibility of causing glow discharge in the clearance and changing a resistance ratio to cause the fluctuation of divided voltage supplied to each electrode of an electron gun, to cause a lowering of focusing quality. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes 30 for the terminals are arranged at an insulating board 29 formed of a ceramic material, and a resistor 35 is disposed to obtain a prescribed resistance value between the electrodes 30 for the terminals. A through hole 31 is bored in the resistor 35 or the electrode 30 for the terminal. An eyelet part 31 of a terminal piece 27 is inserted in the through hole 31 and fixed while heating the eyelet part 31 at a prescribed temperature.
