PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a mixing ratio showing the state of mixing of a plurality of objects. SOLUTION: An addition part 422 extracts pixel data of a frame around a frame of interest corresponding to a pixel of interest as background pixel data corresponding to a background object, extracts interest pixel data of the pixel of interest and near pixel data of near pixels, and generates a plurality of relational expressions showing the relation among the interest pixel data, near pixel data, and background pixel data corresponding to the interest pixel data or near pixel data through approximation wherein the mixing ratio corresponding to the interest pixel and near pixels is constant. An arithmetic part 423 detects the mixing ratio showing the mixing state of a plurality of objects in the real world corresponding to the pixel of interest according to the relational expressions.
